Terms of registration:
Preparation of documents: 45–90 working days (from the date of receipt of a complete package of documents)
Examination of documents at the consulate: up to 30 working days
Delivery of original documents: Allow additional time for international shipping
Documents from the candidate:
Notarized copy of foreign passport (1st page + stamps)
Photo 35×45 mm (color, on a white background)
Paper package of documents sent by post to our office in Ukraine (we perform translation and legalization)
How does cooperation work:
Language proficiency test – online interview or test
Sending documents – after confirmation, the candidate sends documents and undergoes registration
Preparation of a package of documents - drawing up a work permit, contract and invitation
Submission to the consulate – the candidate submits documents at the consulate of Ukraine in his country or through VFS (by appointment)
Additionally:
Type D visa issued for 90 days, during which the candidate enters and starts work
After arrival - registration of the TRC for the duration of the contract
Average salary level in Ukraine: from 500 to 1100 euros/month (depending on the vacancy)
For submission, you may additionally need:
Medical insurance
Bank statement (according to the requirements of the consulate)
Transit visa to Moldova (if necessary, we provide instructions)

If the visa was rejected because of mistakes in our documents we will refund the payment or prepare a new set of the documents free of charge. If the rejection is not related to our documents (e.g., poor bank statement or interview), we don’t refund, but we can offer alternative options.
