How does the delegation program work?

1. Official employment in Ukraine GLW helps candidates from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions obtain a work permit in Ukraine, sign an employment contract with a verified employer, and receive a type D visa for entry.

2. Temporary Residence Permit (TRC) Upon arrival, we help you obtain a Temporary Residence Permit (TRC). It confirms your legal stay and allows you to: – work officially – open bank accounts – rent accommodation – access medical and other services

3. Apply for an EU visa from within Ukraine With TRC, you can apply for a visa to the EU countries without returning to your country of origin. Applications are submitted via consulates or visa centers (e.g., VFS Global) in Ukraine. You can choose the type of visa: work, seasonal, study, or business.

4. Much higher chance of visa approval Foreigners with TRC in Ukraine have legal status, stable income, and confirmed residence. This builds strong trust from consulates, significantly increasing the chances of visa approval compared to applying from your home country.

5. International experience that’s valued in Europe Working in Ukraine is not just a transitional step — it’s valuable international experience. Candidates with proven employment in a European country like Ukraine appear more attractive to the EU employers, opening more doors in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, and beyond.

Why is this beneficial?

  • Save time and money – no need to return home

  • Higher consulate trust – TRC strengthens your profile

  • More opportunities – access to 15+ EU consulates right in Ukraine

  • A1 delegations – after Poland, short-term assignments to Western Europe (up to 90 days) become possible

Stepping into the West: Delegations via Poland and A1 Form

After receiving TRC in Ukraine, you can apply for a work visa to Poland, get officially employed, and obtain the A1 form — a document that allows you to work legally for up to 90 days in any EU country (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc.). This is the ideal solution for quick, legal access to the Western European labor market.

Which countries can you apply to from within Ukraine?

Poland — work, seasonal, and national type D visasThe Czech Republic — via consulate or the “Ukraine Regime” programLithuania, 🇸🇰 Slovakia, 🇭🇺 Hungary — national type D visasGermany, 🇫🇷 France, 🇪🇸 Spain — in exceptional casesRomania, 🇱🇻 Latvia, 🇪🇪 Estonia — stable visa support All consulates are located in major Ukrainian cities like Kyiv, Lviv, and Vinnytsia.

GLW provides:

🔹 Complete document processing in Ukraine

🔹 Legalization and TRC issuance

🔹 Expert consultation on EU country options

🔹 Visa application without returning to your home country

🔹 Delegation to Poland with further dispatch to Western Europe (via A1)

Why does this approach work?

We help dozens of candidates change their lives every day — starting in Ukraine. Our approach is a new-generation migration strategy, where every step is legal, cost-effective, and highly efficient.

Ready to take your first step to Europe? Submit your application — and we’ll help you find the best route to stable employment, legal status, and a new future in the EU!
