Legal employment with full documentary support and mandatory verification of the candidate


Target audience:


  • Citizens of all countries except Georgia, Turkey and countries with terrorist status (Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, etc.)

  • Russian-speaking candidates - there are vacancies with preference

  • Age restrictions: up to 45 years (specified individually depending on the vacancy)


Duration of the process:


  • Preparation of a full package of documents: 66-73 working days

  • Consideration at the consulate: 30 working days

  • Validity of the work card: 2 years

  • Visa type: D, valid for 6-12 months


Upon arrival in Slovakia, the candidate applies for a TRC (temporary residence permit) with the support of the employer


Verification of the candidate (mandatory):


Each candidate undergoes an online verification before the start of the application process.


The interview takes place on Tuesday or Thursday (09:00-17:00 Slovak time), lasts approximately 30 minutes, and the video is transmitted directly to the future employer.


📌 Results are reported within 7 days.


Documents required for verification:


  • Scanned copy of all pages of a valid passport (valid for at least 2 years)

  • Resume (CV) signed by the candidate

  • Document on education (with English translation)


The candidate must have at least a basic education (school, lyceum, college). There is a high risk of rejection if you do not have a complete school education


  • Certificate of no criminal record

  • Medical certificate

  • Completed registration form


If the table is not filled in completely, the candidate is not included in the selection


Documents that the candidate will receive:


  • Employment confirmation letter

  • Letter of salary

  • Letter of confirmation of accommodation

  • Confirmation from the government of labor on the admission of a third country national to a vacant position


Registration at the consulate:


  • The candidate is registered by the employer independently

  • The employer notifies the candidate of the date of submission of documents to the relevant consulate

  • Submission is carried out personally by the candidate


In case of no-show, missed notification or delay, a new submission date is not assigned


Important clarifications regarding the registration table:


  • Zaradenie / Listing - indicate the profession or previous experience (waiter, cook, driver, etc.)

  • Trvalý pobyt / Permanent residence - it is enough to indicate the country of residence

  • Pracovné skúsenosti / Working experience - additional skills not directly related to the main job (e.g., ability to drive a car, masonry, etc.)

  • We do our best to prepare the documents correctly, but the decision to issue a visa is made exclusively by the consulate. In case of refusal, we will help you with alternative options.

  • No. This is a violation of the law, and we do not support illegal employment. We work only under official programs.

  • Yes, the client's presence is mandatory, as it is necessary to submit biometric data. We provide support in preparation, but the submission is always in person.

  • Usually 4–8 weeks after embassy submission, depending on the country and appointment availability.
     

  • If the visa was rejected because of mistakes in our documents we will refund the payment or prepare a new set of the documents free of charge. If the rejection is not related to our documents (e.g., poor bank statement or interview), we don’t refund, but we can offer alternative options.

  • Yes, for most of the countries it is mandatory. It should show active transactions and a reasonable balance. We recommend to check the requirements directly at the consulate through which you will be applying.

  • Yes, health insurance is required for visa application. It should cover the period for which visa will be issued

  • Yes, but only if you have permanent residence permit there

  • Not immediately. Most countries allow family reunification only after you get a residence permit.

  • Yes, definitely, the employer will help to apply for the TRC and prolong your visa.
