What is included in the package of documents:
Rozhodnutí — an official work permit issued by the state employment service
Pracovní smlouva — an employment contract with clearly defined working conditions
Potvrzení o zajištění ubytování — confirmation of a place of residence for the period of stay
Potvrzení of the receiving entity — official confirmation from a legal entity in the Czech Republic about accepting a candidate from a third country for economic activity
Duration of the process:
Preparation of documents: 3–4 weeks
Delivery of original documents takes up to 7-10 days depending on the country
Submissions to the consulate are carried out twice a month — on the 15th and 30th
Documents must be submitted no later than 3 days before these dates, so please plan your preparation in advance
Required from the candidate:
Scan copies of the foreign passport (1st page + all marks)
Completed order brief (provided by us)
Full address of place of residence registration
Specify the desired activation date of the invitation, taking into account the terms of registration
If necessary, a CV or additional data may also be required to check compliance with the employer's requirements

After the expiration date, it is possible to:
Return to the country of origin and apply for a long-term visa or work card
In the event of a change of grounds - issue another type of permit already from the territory of the Czech Republic, if permitted by law
