Who is the program suitable for:


  • Citizens of India, Pakistan and CIS countries

  • Men under the age of 55

  • Persons who have experience as a driver from 1 year in the country of origin

  • Candidates with knowledge of English or Russian


Necessary documents from the candidate:


  • A scanned copy of the passport (1st page + visa stamps)

  • European driver's license (category C or C+E)

  • PCC (certificate of criminal record), apostilled in the country of residence

If the candidate lives outside the country of citizenship for more than 1 year, the apostille is issued in the country of actual residence


Documents that the candidate will receive:


  • An official invitation from a Lithuanian employer for applying for a visa or residence permit


Type of visa / permit:


  • Work visa (for 1 year) or

  • residence permit (temporary residence permit) — for 2 years

The format depends on the country of application — it is specified in the Lithuanian consulate at the candidate's place of residence


Deadlines:


  • Preparation of the invitation: 1–2 months

  • Submission of documents to the consulate - carried out by the candidate personally

  • Consideration of a visa / residence permit – depends on the country of submission and local procedures


Registration process:


  1. Initial stage: The manager conducts online verification with a video recording (verification of experience, previous place of work, etc.). After that, the candidate is entered into the process.

  2. Preparation of documents: The candidate's data is transferred to the employer, documents are prepared, after which an invitation to apply to the consulate is sent.


Additional information:


  • After arriving in Lithuania with a visa, the candidate works 2-3 months, after which the employer helps to issue Residence permit

  • The cost of issuing a plastic residence permit card — 160 euros, paid by the candidate

  • After receiving the visa, the candidate has a social package (health insurance, official employment, etc.)

  • Required for all candidates

  • If category C received before 2009 — short course (1 week, ~100 euros)

  • If after 2009 — a longer course (2 weeks, ~200 euros)

  • Waiting for a plastic card after training — 2–3 weeks

  • We do our best to prepare the documents correctly, but the decision to issue a visa is made exclusively by the consulate. In case of refusal, we will help you with alternative options.

  • No. This is a violation of the law, and we do not support illegal employment. We work only under official programs.

  • Yes, the client's presence is mandatory, as it is necessary to submit biometric data. We provide support in preparation, but the submission is always in person.

  • Usually 4–8 weeks after embassy submission, depending on the country and appointment availability.
     

  • If the visa was rejected because of mistakes in our documents we will refund the payment or prepare a new set of the documents free of charge. If the rejection is not related to our documents (e.g., poor bank statement or interview), we don’t refund, but we can offer alternative options.

  • Yes, for most of the countries it is mandatory. It should show active transactions and a reasonable balance. We recommend to check the requirements directly at the consulate through which you will be applying.

  • Yes, health insurance is required for visa application. It should cover the period for which visa will be issued

  • Yes, but only if you have permanent residence permit there

  • Not immediately. Most countries allow family reunification only after you get a residence permit.

  • Yes, definitely, the employer will help to apply for the TRC and prolong your visa.
