We offer a complete package of documents for applying for a work visa with further legal employment in Europe. The program is designed for candidates from different countries who meet the basic requirements for experience, age and language skills.


Target audience:


  • Citizens of all countries, except for states with terrorist status

  • Age restrictions: 18–55 years

  • Skilled and unskilled workers with knowledge of the English language (level A2-B1)


Registration deadline:


  • Preparation of documents: 50-60 working days

  • Delivery of documents: up to 10 days (international courier service)

  • Visa processing at the consulate: from 14 to 56 working days

The total duration depends on the country of submission and the time of processing at the consulate


Necessary documents from the candidate:


  • A scanned copy of the passport (1st page + stamps)

The passport must be valid for at least 12 months from the date of application

  • Resume (CV)

  • Full address of residence

  • Diploma of education - if available

  • Qualification certificates/documents (for welders, drivers, electricians, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of the English language(A2–B1)


Documents that the candidate will receive:


  • Employment permit, approved by the relevant authorities

  • Employment contract with a real employer

  • Official visa invitation


Additional information:


  • A work visa is issued for 6-12 months

  • Service consular fee is paid separately, approximately 90–120 euros (depends on the country)

  • After receiving the visa, the candidate legally works on a contract basis, with the subsequent possibility of extending documents or obtaining a residence permit


Registration process:


  1. Initial stage: The candidate sends the documents, passes the verification, after which the data is transferred to the employer

  2. Preparation of a package of documents: We prepare and send documents after confirmation of readiness

  3. Submission to the consulate: The candidate independently submits the documents for a visa in his country

  • We do our best to prepare the documents correctly, but the decision to issue a visa is made exclusively by the consulate. In case of refusal, we will help you with alternative options.

  • No. This is a violation of the law, and we do not support illegal employment. We work only under official programs.

  • Yes, the client's presence is mandatory, as it is necessary to submit biometric data. We provide support in preparation, but the submission is always in person.

  • Usually 4–8 weeks after embassy submission, depending on the country and appointment availability.
     

  • If the visa was rejected because of mistakes in our documents we will refund the payment or prepare a new set of the documents free of charge. If the rejection is not related to our documents (e.g., poor bank statement or interview), we don’t refund, but we can offer alternative options.

  • Yes, for most of the countries it is mandatory. It should show active transactions and a reasonable balance. We recommend to check the requirements directly at the consulate through which you will be applying.

  • Yes, health insurance is required for visa application. It should cover the period for which visa will be issued

  • Yes, but only if you have permanent residence permit there

  • Not immediately. Most countries allow family reunification only after you get a residence permit.

  • Yes, definitely, the employer will help to apply for the TRC and prolong your visa.
