  • Umowa zlecenie— an employment contract specifying working conditions, wages and duties

  • Umowa podnajmu lokalu mieszkalneg — confirmation of residence for the period of work

  • Power of attorney — a document that allows the representation of the candidate in the registration process



Candidate verification:


Before the start of registration, all candidates pass a short test online to check for assessment:


  • English language proficiency (basic level is mandatory),

  • availability of basic professional skills according to the requirements of employers.


Based on the results of the interview, the company reserves the right to refuse further processing of documents, if the candidate does not meet the minimum requirements.


What documents are required from the candidate:


  • Scanned copies of all pages of a valid foreign passport

  • Invitation activation date, taking into account the deadline for documents

  • Completed order brief (provided by the company)

  • Information about country of submission of documents to the consulate of Poland


Deadlines:


  • Preparation of a complete package of documents takes time on average 7-21 working days

  • After issuing the invitation, the candidate must register for submission to the consulate within 3 months


If the deadline is missed, the documents are automatically are canceled without the right of reuse



Important additional information:


  • The visa is issued on the basis of invitation type A — allows you to officially work until 12 months

  • We provide full support in preparation for submission to the consulate

  • If necessary, we help with registration, housing reservation and other organizational matters

  • After arriving in Poland — the possibility of changing or extending the contract, as well as support in the process of legalization

  • We do our best to prepare the documents correctly, but the decision to issue a visa is made exclusively by the consulate. In case of refusal, we will help you with alternative options.

  • No. This is a violation of the law, and we do not support illegal employment. We work only under official programs.

  • Yes, the client's presence is mandatory, as it is necessary to submit biometric data. We provide support in preparation, but the submission is always in person.

  • Usually 4–8 weeks after embassy submission, depending on the country and appointment availability.
     

  • If the visa was rejected because of mistakes in our documents we will refund the payment or prepare a new set of the documents free of charge. If the rejection is not related to our documents (e.g., poor bank statement or interview), we don’t refund, but we can offer alternative options.

  • Yes, for most of the countries it is mandatory. It should show active transactions and a reasonable balance. We recommend to check the requirements directly at the consulate through which you will be applying.

  • Yes, health insurance is required for visa application. It should cover the period for which visa will be issued

  • Yes, but only if you have permanent residence permit there

  • Not immediately. Most countries allow family reunification only after you get a residence permit.
