Target audience:

• All nationalities, except citizens of terrorist countries;

• Advance payment — 600 EUR;

• Upon document readiness — 600 EUR.

Document processing time

• Approximately 2 months.

What is required from the candidate:

• Passport scan (main page + stamps);

• Completed order brief;

• Resume (Free format);

• Police clearance certificate with apostille;

• Completion of a video task from the employer (candidate verification).

Documents provided to the candidate:

• Employment contract;

• Medical insurance;

Process of application:

1. Onboarding & Advance (600 EUR). To pass verification, candidates must send their CVs and videos.

After successful verification, candidates send us a copy of their foreign passport and pay an advance payment of 600.

2. Visa Package Preparation. The employer prepares employment contracts and job descriptions, after which we forward them to the candidates for signing.

After signing, candidates send us the originals of their employment contracts, job descriptions, and criminal record certificates via DHL. We, in turn, forward the entire package of documents to the employer for further processing.

3. Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (600 EUR). The candidate receives blurred confirmation of document readiness; after this, the remaining 600 EUR is paid, and the original documents are issued.

Additional information:

• Documents are issued for a period of 1 year;

• They may be used for opening either a Type C or Type D visa (depending on the vacancy);

• Upon arrival, the employer assists in obtaining a TRC valid for 1–3 years (typically 3 years);

• TRC processing time: approximately 14–20 days; all costs are covered by the employer;

• Candidates must apply to the consulate within 20 days of receiving the documents;

• Required English level: A2–B1;

• For verification, the resume and passport scan must be provided; additional documents may be required depending on the vacancy.
