Work visa

Target audience:

• All nationalities, except citizens of terrorist countries;

• Men and women aged 19-55.

Service fee:

• 550 EUR.

Installment plan available:

• Advance payment — 275 EUR;

• Upon document readiness — 275 EUR.

Document processing time:

• Document preparation — approximately 15–90 business days;

• Visa issuance time — approximately 60 business days.

What is required from the candidate:

• High-quality scan of the complete international passport;

• Indication of the document activation date (the date from which the documents become valid).

  
  

Documents provided to the candidate:

• ZEZWOLENIE Type A — Type A work permit valid for 1 year;

• OŚWIADCZENIE;

• LIST ZAKWATEROWANIA / LETTER OF ACCOMMODATION — proof of accommodation;

• INFORMATION REGARDING THE CANDIDATE’S WORK VISA APPLICATION — details related to the candidate’s visa application.

  
  

Process of application:

Onboarding & Advance (275 EUR). The candidate pays an advance of 275 EUR; the candidate’s data is forwarded for further processing.

Visa Package Preparation. The complete set of documents is prepared in accordance with Polish legal requirements.

Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (275 EUR). Once the documents are ready, the candidate receives blurred copies for confirmation; after that, the remaining 275 EUR is paid and the originals are issued.

Additional information:

• Type D visa;

• Visa validity period — 360 days;

• Work documents are issued for a period of 1 year;

• Upon arrival: the employer assists with obtaining a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) after 6 months of employment.
