Work visa + employment

Target audience:

• Citizens of the Philippines (who have a TRC in another country);

• Men and women aged 19–55.

Service fee:

• 950 EUR.

Installment plan available:

• Advance payment — 475 EUR;

• Upon document readiness — 475 EUR.

Document processing time:

• Approximately up to 3 weeks;

• Document delivery — up to 10 business days.

What is required from the candidate:

• High-quality scan of an international passport (first page + stamps);

• Resume — free format;

• Full residential address;

• Information about the consulate where the candidate will submit documents;

• Mother’s first name and maiden surname.

Documents provided to the candidate:

• Work permit;

• Employment contract;

• Proof of accommodation;

• Igazolas — official confirmation document from the company for registration purposes;

• Invitation letter.

Process of application:

Onboarding & Advance (475 EUR). The candidate submits the required information and pays an advance of 475 EUR; the data is forwarded to the employer to start preparing the document package.

Visa Package Preparation. The employer prepares the complete set of documents for opening a work visa; once ready, the documents are transferred for further steps.

Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (475 EUR). On the same day, the employer sends a request for a consular appointment to the consulate specified by the candidate; the candidate receives blurred confirmations of document readiness and pays the remaining 475 EUR; after that, the original documents are issued for submission.

Documents required for visa application from the candidate:

1. Certificate of no criminal record. Translation into English and apostille

2. Photo 3.5 x 4

3. Bank account certificate eng.

4. EU insurance for 30 days

5. Air ticket reservation

Additional information:

• Work documents are issued for a period of 12 months;

• Based on these documents, the candidate applies for a work visa for up to 12 months;

• Application form under Paragraph 9 is completed by the candidate independently;

• Upon arrival: the employer arranges the TRC after 2–3 months of employment.
