Work visa + employment

• Citizens of all countries except those under international sanctions or travel restrictions;

• Men and women aged 19–55.

Document processing time:

• Approximately up to 31 business days.

What is required from the candidate:

• Scan copy of passport (first page + stamps);

• Completed order brief;

• Resume – Free format;

• Full residential address;

• Educational certificate;

• Police clearance certificate;

Documents provided to the candidate:

• Work permit;

• Employment contract;

• Proof of accommodation;

• Confirmation of acceptance of a third-country national to Estonia for employment purposes.

Process of application:

Onboarding & Advance (875 EUR). The candidate submits the required documents and pays an advance of 875 EUR; the data is transferred to the employer to start the process.

Visa Package Preparation. The employer and authorized authorities prepare the full set of documents for issuing a work visa in accordance with requirements.

Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (875 EUR). The candidate receives blurred copies of the documents as confirmation of readiness; after payment of the second instalment, the final documents are sent for submission to the consulate.

Additional information:

• A national Type D visa is issued for a period of 6 to 12 months; service fees are paid by the candidate;

• Work documents are issued for a period of 2 years;

• After 3 months of employment, the employer assists with obtaining a TRC valid for 1–2 years.
