Work visa (90 days)

Target audience:

• All nationalities, except citizens of terrorist countries;

• Men and women aged 18–55.

Service fee:

• 250 EUR.

Installment plan available:

• Advance payment — 125 EUR;

• Upon document readiness — 125 EUR.

Document processing time:

• Document readiness — 3–4 weeks;

• Submissions take place twice a month — on the 15th and 30th;

• Documents must be submitted no later than three days before these dates.

What is required from the candidate:

• Scan of international passport (first page + stamps);

• Completed order brief;

• Full residential registration address;

• Invitation activation date considering preparation time (mandatory);

• Proof of payment.

Documents provided to the candidate:

• ROZHODNUTI — work permit;

• PRACOVNI SMLOUVA — employment contract;

• DOKLAD (POTVRZENI) O ZAJISTENI UBYTOVANI — proof of accommodation;

• Confirmation of the Czech business entity accepting a third-country national for economic activity in the Czech Republic.

Process of application:

1. Onboarding & Advance (125 EUR). The candidate submits the required documents and pays an advance of 125 EUR; we register the case and forward the data for processing.

2. Visa Package Preparation. The complete set of documents is prepared in accordance with the consulate’s requirements; verification of data accuracy is carried out.

3. Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (125 EUR). The candidate receives confirmation that the package is ready; after paying the remaining amount, the documents are sent for submission to the consulate.
