Document processing time:

What is required from the candidate:

• Passport (first page + stamps);

• High-quality photo;

• Resume – free format;

• Residential address;

• Date of document activation;

• English language at a communicative level.

Documents provided to the candidate:

• POZIVNO PISMO — official invitation;

• Ugovor o radu — employment contract.

Process of application:

1. Onboarding & Advance (800 EUR). The candidate pays an advance of 800 EUR; we forward the candidate’s data for further processing.

2. Visa Package Preparation. Once the documents are ready, the candidate receives blurred copies for confirmation; after approval, the second payment of 800 EUR is made.

Additional information:

• Employer-issued documents are valid for 1 year;

• Based on these documents, the candidate applies for a short-term type D work visa allowing up to 90 days of stay in Montenegro;

• Upon arrival, the candidate must register at the local police station within 24 hours;

• The employer arranges residence permit (TRC) processing within the first 1–3 months of employment;

• The residence permit is issued for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years;

• Estimated TRC processing time — 40–60 business days.
