Installment plan available:

• Advance payment — 700 EUR;

• Upon document readiness — 700 EUR.

Document processing time:

• Approximately 14-21 business days;

• DHL delivery of documents — up to 10 business days;

• Visa issuance time — 30–35 business days.

What is required from the candidate:

• Scan of passport (first page + stamps);

• Passport must be valid for at least 12 months at the time of submission;

• Resume — free format;

• Full residential address;

• English language — communicative level;

• Activation date — mandatory.

Documents provided to the candidate:

• Pracovná zmluva — employment contract;

• Prísľub na prijatie štátneho príslušníka tretej krajiny do zamestnania — job invitation letter;

• Čestné prehlásenie — accommodation confirmation letter.

Process of application:

1. Onboarding & Advance (700 EUR). The candidate pays an advance of 700 EUR; we forward the candidate’s data for further processing.

2. Visa Package Preparation. The authorized party prepares all necessary documents for visa submission according to the requirements.

3. Readiness Confirmation & Final Instalment (700 EUR). Once the documents are ready, the candidate pays the remaining 700 EUR; original documents are then sent via DHL.

Additional information:

• Type D visa is issued for a period of 6 to 12 months;

• Service fee at the consulate is paid by the candidate independently — approximately 100 EUR;

• Upon arrival: the employer assists with obtaining the TRC;

• The candidate applies to the consulate independently for visa stamping;

• The employer sends official letters to the consulate to arrange the appointment date.
