Trench worker

Position summary:

The trench worker participates in excavation and preparation tasks at construction sites. Main duties include digging trenches, preparing the soil for utility installation, and monitoring the depth and slope according to technical specifications. The work involves significant physical effort and is performed outdoors under various weather conditions. This position suits candidates in good physical condition who are responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• perform trenching and excavation work;

• dig and prepare trenches for utilities and networks;

• monitor the quality and safety of completed work;

• follow safety rules and supervisor instructions.

  
  

Requirements:

• experience in construction or earthworks (1–2 years preferred);

• physical endurance and willingness to work outdoors;

• responsibility, discipline, and attentiveness;

• ability to work in a team;

• language: English A1–A2, Russian A1-A2.
