Taxi driver

Salary:

• From 30,000 CZK net / month and higher

• Earnings depend on activity and number of completed rides

Work Schedule:

• 5–6 working days per week

• 8–12 working hours per day

• Comfortable housing available upon request

• Cost: 200 CZK / day, deducted from salary

Candidate Requirements:

• Men aged 18–55

• Valid category B driver’s license (international format required)

• Prior taxi driving experience is a strong advantage

• Basic navigation and smartphone usage skills

• Politeness, punctuality, and customer-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work actively and earn based on performance

• Language knowledge not required at the beginning, but welcome

• For 90-day employment: driver’s license conversion in Czech Republic not available

Position Summary:

Taxi drivers are responsible for transporting passengers safely and comfortably across the city and surrounding areas. The role involves using navigation systems, accepting ride requests via mobile apps, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle, and providing polite and respectful service to clients. Drivers operate independently during their shifts but follow internal quality standards and traffic regulations. Strong time management, reliability, and attentiveness are key to maximizing earnings in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and drop off passengers as per route and request

• Follow traffic regulations and company policies

• Use GPS/navigation systems to plan efficient routes

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any technical issues

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients

• Manage mobile app interface and follow trip assignment procedures
