Position Summary:
Taxi drivers are responsible for transporting passengers safely and comfortably across the city and surrounding areas. The role involves using navigation systems, accepting ride requests via mobile apps, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle, and providing polite and respectful service to clients. Drivers operate independently during their shifts but follow internal quality standards and traffic regulations. Strong time management, reliability, and attentiveness are key to maximizing earnings in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and drop off passengers as per route and request
Follow traffic regulations and company policies
Use GPS/navigation systems to plan efficient routes
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any technical issues
Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients
Manage mobile app interface and follow trip assignment procedures
