Supply departmen manager

Position summary:

The Supply Department Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the company’s logistics and procurement processes. The main goal is to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials, raw resources, and equipment necessary for production. The position includes negotiations with suppliers, market analysis, contract management, and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations. Accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to make quick decisions are crucial in this role. The manager works closely with the production, accounting, and warehouse departments to maintain consistency across all operations. This is a responsible administrative position that allows the employee to influence the company’s efficiency and optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• organize and control the supply of materials and equipment;

• conduct negotiations with suppliers and conclude contracts;

• analyze the supplier market and search for new partners;

• monitor delivery terms and material quality;

• maintain reporting and control warehouse inventory.

Requirements:

• at least 1 year of experience in supply or logistics;

• negotiation and business correspondence skills;

• ability to work with large amounts of information;

• attentiveness, organizational skills, and responsibility;

• language: English A1–A2;

• confident PC user (MS Office, Excel).
