Position Summary:
Production workers support the full cycle of manufacturing rubber floor mats at an industrial facility. Their tasks include feeding material into machines, removing finished products, inspecting quality by visual control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires the ability to stay concentrated during repetitive tasks and consistently follow operational steps. The environment is structured, and training is provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Load rubber granules into the press machine in correct portions
Remove finished mats from the mold and prepare for inspection
Conduct visual quality checks of the finished products
Keep work area clean and organized
Assist with other basic production tasks when needed
