Road worker

Location:

• Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi region, Khmelnytskyi city.

We invite to work:

• men aged 19-50.

Salary:

• Approximately 430 EUR/month.

Work schedule:

• Rotation/work days per week: Monday–Saturday;

• Shift duration: 9 hours.

• Meals: dinner is provided by the employer on working days, breakfast and lunch at the employee’s expense, designated lunch area available at the workplace;

Position summary:

The road worker performs a full range of road construction and repair tasks aimed at building and maintaining highways and local roads. The main responsibilities include preparing the base layer, laying asphalt concrete, installing curbs, and supporting related infrastructure works. The job is organized within a team under the supervision of a foreman, where each worker is responsible for a specific stage of the process. Compliance with technical standards is essential, as the durability and quality of the road surface depend on proper execution. The workflow is clearly structured with defined tasks and quality control. This position is suitable for candidates who are ready for physical work and seek stable employment in the infrastructure construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
