Production worker (PVC frame glazing)

Location:

• Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi region, 30 km from Khmelnytskyi city.

• all nationalities, except citizens of terrorist countries.

We invite to work:

• men aged 19-45.

Salary:

• Approximately 490 EUR/month.

Work schedule:

• 6 days per week;

• Shift duration: 9–10 hours.

Position summary:

The employee is responsible for installing insulated glass units into PVC frames according to the technical specifications of each order. The job includes selecting the correct glass unit based on labeling, transporting it to the frame, properly positioning it, and securing it using setting blocks and glazing beads. Careful attention to order numbers and stickers is essential, as accuracy directly affects the quality of the finished product. The process is organized step by step with a clearly defined workflow. Before starting work, employees receive training and detailed instructions. This position is suitable for physically fit candidates who are ready to work in a production environment and follow established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• place frames on the stand according to the label;

• identify the order number and glass unit size;

• locate the appropriate glass unit in the storage rack;

• transport the glass unit to the frame structure;

• install and secure the glass unit using appropriate setting blocks;

• select glazing beads according to the frame number and perform glazing;

• follow technological procedures and production discipline.
