Production worker

Salary:

• Approximately 990 EUR/month during training;

• Approximately 1580 EUR/month after training.

Work schedule:

• 5–6 days;

• Shift duration: 8–12 hours.

Position summary:

The production worker performs operations on the production line, including packaging, sorting, quality control, and simple assembly tasks. Work is carried out in a steady rhythm, often on a conveyor, requiring attention, quick reaction, and adherence to product standards. The production environment involves indoor work, sometimes with machinery noise. The role is suitable for candidates without experience, as full on-site training is provided. The main responsibility is to ensure the continuity of the production process and compliance with established quality standards.
