Production line worker (Sweets Factory)

Location:

Salary:

• Approximately 784 EUR/month.

Work schedule:

• 5 days per week;

• Shift duration: 8 hours.

Accommodation&Benefits:

• Accommodation: provided by the employer free of charge, rooms for 4 people with separate showers and bathrooms, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a shared kitchen;

• Meals: free three meals per day;

• Transportation: transport to and from the workplace is provided by the employer;

• Uniform/PPE: uniform is provided.

Position summary:

The employee works at a modern confectionery production facility where the main task is to ensure continuous operation of the production line and proper packaging of finished products. Work is organized in shifts with clear task distribution among line workers. Daily duties include preparing products for packaging, monitoring quality standards, and operating production equipment. The factory meets sanitary regulations, and workplaces are clean and well organized. Employees receive training before starting work, so even candidates without experience can quickly adapt. A stable schedule, free accommodation, and free meals allow workers to focus on their duties and maintain a predictable monthly income.

Key Responsibilities:

• work on the production or packaging line;
