  • Approx. €720/month

  • Base: €3.41/hour → approx. €600/month (22 days × 8 hours)

  • Overtime: €5.11/hour (max 1 hour/day; up to 22 hours/month)

  • Regular work bonus: €120/month


Work schedule:


  • 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

  • 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

  • Overtime paid according to Serbian labor law


Accommodation and benefits:


  • Free accommodation (3 people per room, separate showers and toilets, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, shared kitchen)

  • Meals: free, 3 times a day

  • Transport: provided by the employer

  • Medical insurance: covers all cases except injuries caused by non-compliance with safety rules

Job summary:


A production line worker participates in the manufacturing processes at the automobile factory, performing both supporting and core tasks related to handling, assembling, and checking parts. The role does not require previous experience but demands attentiveness, endurance, and responsibility.


Main responsibilities:


  • Removing components and placing finished products on the conveyor

  • Storing parts in containers

  • Loading and unloading raw materials and semi-finished products

  • Gluing plastic parts

  • Manual and mechanical quality control of products
