Packer/Packaging Operator - Fish Processing Plant

Salary:

• 590 – 715 EUR /month

Work schedule:

• 5 days per week

• Shift duration: 12 hours

• Breaks: 1-hour lunch break

Accommodation & provided benefits:

• Accommodation: provided by employer (employee pays only utilities cost — 20 EUR/month)

• Meals: not provided (kitchen available for self-cooking)

• Transport: provided by the employer (to/from work)

• Workwear: supplied by the employer

Position Summary:

Packer is responsible for accurate portioning, vacuum packing and labelling of finished fish products according to production specifications; ensuring product quality and correct marking prior to storage or dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portion and pack finished products according to tech cards

• Vacuum seal products and ensure package integrity

• Label each unit (production date, expiry, weight, batch number)

• Perform visual quality checks and reject defective items

• Operate packing machines and vacuum equipment

Requirements:

• Language: English or Russian A1–A2

• Experience: desirable, not mandatory
