Metalworking machine operator - CNC

Salary:

• Approximately 630 EUR.

Work schedule:

• 5 days per week;

• Shift duration: 8 hours;

• Two-shift work: first shift from 5:00 to 13:30, second shift from 13:30 to 22:00.

Position summary:

The CNC machine operator works on a production line where high-precision machining of metal components is carried out. Main tasks include setting up equipment, preparing materials, and performing turning and milling operations according to technical documentation. The operator monitors machining accuracy, performs measurements, and adjusts parameters when necessary. This role is essential for maintaining product quality and ensuring continuity of the production process. The work environment is structured, with clear instructions and a defined technological cycle. The position is suitable for candidates with technical education or experience working with metal-cutting machinery who wish to develop professionally on modern CNC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• set up and operate universal and specialized CNC machines;

• install and center workpieces in appropriate fixtures;

• machine parts according to technical drawings;

• sharpen and prepare cutting tools;

• perform measurements to verify part accuracy.

Requirements:

• at least one year of work experience;

• communicative level of English;

• secondary education;

• technical or vocational education is an advantage;

• attentiveness and responsibility.

Additional information:

• annual paid leave of 20 days.
