Mechanic's assistant

Location:

Salary:

• Approximately 1800–2000 EUR/month.

Work schedule:

• 5 days per week;

• Shift duration: 8 hours.

Position summary:

The assistant mechanic works closely with the main mechanic and supports daily technical operations at the facility. The primary role includes preparing tools, assisting during equipment repairs and maintenance, and performing basic technical tasks according to instructions. This position allows gradual familiarization with mechanical systems, their operating principles, and repair logic. All processes are carried out under the supervision of experienced specialists, making the role suitable for candidates without formal technical education. The working environment is organized, tasks are clearly structured, and strong emphasis is placed on safety and order. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain practical skills and stable employment in the technical field.

Key Responsibilities:

• assist mechanics during equipment repair and maintenance;

• prepare and supply tools and spare parts;

• perform cleaning, lubrication, and basic technical maintenance of mechanisms;

• disassemble and assemble simple components under mechanic supervision;

• maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
