Massage therapist

Work schedule:

• Rotation/work days per week: shift-based work according to the internal schedule;

• Shift duration: 8 hours.

Position summary:

The massage therapist works in a professional wellness environment, where the main goal is to improve clients’ physical condition and overall well-being. The role requires an individual approach to each client, selecting appropriate massage techniques and creating an atmosphere of trust and comfort. The specialist is an important part of the team responsible for service quality and the facility’s reputation. Daily duties include performing massage procedures as well as consulting clients on recovery, relaxation, and prevention. The working environment is calm, well-organized, and follows clear hygiene and service standards. Key Responsibilities:

• provide a wide range of massage services according to facility standards;

• assess clients’ physical condition and determine individual needs;

• develop personalized massage treatment plans;

• ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable working environment;

• maintain client records and procedure documentation.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience as a massage therapist;

• valid certificate or license in massage therapy;

• knowledge of various therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques;

• understanding of human anatomy and physiology;

• strong communication skills and client-oriented approach.
