Loader / Unloader — Fish Processing Plant

Salary:

UAH 28,500 – 34,500 net

Work schedule:

• 5/2 or 6/1 (by agreement)

• Full-time, shifts up to 12 hours

• 1-hour lunch break

Accommodation & provided benefits:

• Accommodation provided by the employer (free); employee pays utilities (approx. UAH 1,000/month)

• Meals: not provided (kitchen available for self-cooking)

• Transport: provided by the employer (to/from work)

• Workwear: supplied by the employer

Job summary:

Responsible for receiving and handling raw materials (fish and seafood), unloading and sorting incoming shipments, and delivering them to storage and production areas. The role requires physical endurance, attention to hygiene and safety standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving fresh/chilled/frozen fish and seafood and checking accompanying documents

• Visual quality checks and rejecting non-conforming batches

• Unloading manually or using mechanical equipment (pallet trucks, stackers, forklifts)

• Transporting materials to cold storage or production lines

• Sorting and placing raw materials according to production requirements

Requirements:

• Candidates: men and women, 20–50 years old

• Basic English or Russian language skills

• No bad habits; good physical condition

• Experience not mandatory, but advantage
