Kitchen assistant

Salary:

• Approximately 990 EUR/month during training;

• Approximately 1580 EUR/month after training.

Work schedule:

• 5–6 days per week;

• Shift duration: 8–10 hours.

• Transportation: depending on location, transportation may be provided.

Position summary:

The kitchen assistant participates in daily food preparation and overall kitchen organization. Main tasks include basic food processing, assisting cooks during meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the workstation. The working environment is dynamic, with clearly distributed duties and constant interaction with the kitchen team. This role is essential for ensuring workflow efficiency and timely serving of dishes. Training is provided directly on site, allowing new employees to adapt quickly and acquire necessary skills. The position is suitable for candidates who enjoy structured tasks, cleanliness, and order, and who can work at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• prepare ingredients for cooking;

• assist the cook during food preparation;

• maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene;

• monitor the condition of equipment and utensils;

• perform other supporting kitchen tasks.
