Greenhouse worker

Position summary:

The greenhouse worker performs auxiliary tasks related to plant care and preparation for further distribution. The main work includes cutting lettuce, cleaning soil from flowers, and sorting products before dispatch. Tasks are organized to allow the worker to perform them at a comfortable pace while meeting established quality standards. The greenhouse environment provides stable conditions without external weather influence, and all processes are clearly structured and supervised by a shift leader.
