Position summary:

The florist is responsible for creating bouquets and decorative arrangements from fresh flowers for daily orders and special events. The job combines a creative approach with strict quality standards, as the final appearance of the products and customer impressions depend on the florist’s work. The workplace is organized in a specially equipped floral area with proper order and suitable flower storage conditions. The employee works continuously with the assortment, monitors the freshness of materials, and advises customers on style and composition selection. This position is suitable for experienced specialists who value stable employment, the opportunity to realize creative ideas, and professional work with live flowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• create bouquets, arrangements, and decorative designs using fresh flowers;

• prepare and care for flowers, including cleaning and sorting;

• decorate festive and private events;

• maintain order and an aesthetic appearance of the work area;

• advise customers on flower selection and composition styles.

Requirements:

• experience working as a florist;

• portfolio with photos and videos of completed work;

• knowledge of bouquet and arrangement techniques;

• ability to work with fresh flowers and knowledge of their care;

• creativity, accuracy, and responsibility.
