Position summary:

The worker is responsible for performing and supervising the installation of external thermal insulation systems at residential and commercial facilities. The role involves participating in the full work cycle — from planning and surface preparation to final quality control. The specialist coordinates the insulation process, ensures compliance with technologies, safety standards, and efficiency. The job requires a deep understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation methods. Special attention is paid to precision, process organization, and mentoring less experienced workers. Key Responsibilities:

• plan and supervise the installation of external thermal insulation systems;

• experience in façade insulation of at least 5 years;

• strong knowledge of thermal insulation materials and technologies;
