Position summary:

The worker is responsible for comprehensive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems at residential and commercial facilities. The position involves independent work covering the full task cycle — from installation and diagnostics to repair and preventive maintenance. The job requires a strong technical understanding of systems, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to make decisions without constant supervision. Work quality directly affects site safety and operational stability. The working environment is well-organized, with clear standards and performance requirements. This role is suitable for experienced specialists who value autonomy, professional expertise, and stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• install, repair, and maintain electrical systems;

• diagnose electrical faults and eliminate them;

• install and maintain plumbing systems;

• detect and fix leaks, blockages, and technical failures;

• follow safety regulations and technical standards.

Requirements:

• experience working as an electrician and/or plumber for at least 5 years;

• strong technical knowledge of systems;

• ability to work independently and make decisions;

• skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting;

• ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
