Position summary:

The cook participates in the preparation of dishes in a commercial kitchen under the supervision of the head chef. The worker ensures accurate use of ingredients and spices, follows recipes, and maintains proper quality and presentation of dishes. The cook monitors the condition of kitchen equipment and inventory, keeps the workspace clean, and follows sanitary and hygiene standards. The job involves physical activity and teamwork in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be responsible for the prepared dishes and comply with safety and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• prepare dishes according to the head chef’s instructions;

• follow recipes and proper use of ingredients;

• monitor the condition of kitchen equipment and inventory;

• comply with sanitary norms and hygiene standards;

• maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen;

• perform other tasks assigned by management related to the position.

Requirements:

• experience as a cook;

• presence of video confirming skills and experience;

• adherence to recipes and quality standards of dishes;

• responsibility for the quality of prepared dishes;

• attention to detail, neatness, and discipline;

• ability to work in a team and follow safety rules.
