Construction worker

Target audience:

Salary:

• From 1860 EUR/month;

• Approximately 7.2–8.8 EUR/hour.

Work schedule:

• 6 days per week;

• Shift duration: 10–12 hours.

Accommodation&Benefits:

• Accommodation: provided by the employer, cost approximately 200 EUR per month;

• Meals: designated lunch area available at the workplace;

• Transportation: public transport within Prague is self-paid; in nearby cities, accommodation is usually close to the worksite;

• Uniform/PPE: uniform is provided.

Position summary:

Construction workers perform a wide range of tasks necessary for completing renovation and finishing works. The main activities include tiling, grouting, plastering, insulation, façade work, and preparing surfaces for further construction stages. Work is carried out at different types of sites, where it is important to follow proper techniques, maintain level surfaces, and ensure quality at every step. The worker cooperates with craftsmen and other specialists, which allows learning new professional methods quickly. This position is suitable for skilled workers and helpers who are ready to work at a steady pace and develop practical skills in a modern construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• install tiles of various formats;

• perform grouting after tiling;

• apply and level plaster mixtures;

• insulate façades and carry out decorative finishing work;

• perform reinforcement and apply technical layers.

Requirements:
