Construction worker

Salary:

• Approximately 990 EUR/month during training;

• Approximately 1580 EUR/month after training.

Work schedule:

• 5–6 days per week;

• Shift duration: 8–10 hours.

• Meals: not provided;

• Transportation: employer-provided transport to the construction site.

Position summary:

The construction worker participates in performing basic and auxiliary tasks on a construction site. Core duties include assisting skilled workers, using hand and power tools, preparing materials, and carrying out assigned operations essential for maintaining workflow efficiency. The role requires teamwork, following clear instructions from supervisors, and strict adherence to safety regulations. The environment is dynamic, with a variety of tasks throughout the day, which helps employees quickly gain practical experience. The company provides all necessary equipment, making this role suitable even for candidates without experience who are ready to learn and maintain a steady work pace.
