Position summary:
The fixer assists with small construction and repair tasks that do not require professional certification. Responsibilities include helping with on-site assembly, minor installations, and basic maintenance across different areas of the construction site. It’s a physical, hands-on job suitable for responsible, disciplined individuals who can support the team and adapt to changing daily needs.
Key responsibilities:
Performing basic repairs, adjustments, and installations
Assembling elements under supervision
Supporting other construction workers with small tasks
Using hand tools and light equipment where needed
Maintaining order in assigned work areas
Additional information:
Official 6-month employment contract
Meals not provided (self-catering available at accommodation)
International travel to Serbia is not covered
Daily transport to and from the site is provided by the company
Medical insurance included in line with Serbian Labor Code
Leave and overtime regulated by Serbian labor law
