Concrete worker

Salary: 

● Approximate monthly salary: $500 net 

● Overtime rate: $2.50 per hour 

● Salary paid officially and on time

Work schedule: 

● 6 working days per week 

● 8–10 hour shifts 

● Floating schedule depending on site workload 

● 1 hour of breaks daily (estimated)

Accommodation: 

● Free housing provided by the employer 

● Meals not included — kitchen space available for food preparation 

● Protective clothing and safety gear provided at no cost

Candidate requirements: 

● Men up to 40 years old 

● Minimum 1 year of experience in construction 

● Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor 

● Basic understanding of concrete technology and safety regulations

Position summary: 

The concrete worker plays a key role in the monolithic construction process, working directly with concrete mixtures to create solid structural elements for residential and industrial buildings. Responsibilities include preparing and pouring concrete, spreading and vibrating the mix to eliminate air pockets, leveling surfaces, and maintaining the material during the curing phase. The work is carried out at active construction sites and involves both manual and mechanical tasks in outdoor and indoor environments.

Key responsibilities: 

● Preparing, transporting, and pouring concrete mixtures into formwork 

● Compacting concrete using vibration tools 

● Finishing surfaces and construction joints during pouring 

● Monitoring curing and maintaining moisture where needed 

● Assisting with concrete works on monolithic and prefabricated elements
