Computer systems engineer

Position summary:

The computer systems engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s computer networks and equipment. The main goal of the position is to ensure stable operation of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure. The specialist installs and configures systems, diagnoses malfunctions, and implements optimizations to improve performance and security. The job requires technical precision, logical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly to issues. This position is suitable for IT professionals seeking stable employment, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and motivated to continuously develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• design, install, and maintain computer systems and networks;

• configure servers, workstations, and peripheral devices;

• troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support;

• optimize system and network performance;

• prepare technical documentation and reports;

• conduct training sessions for staff.

Requirements:

• technical education in IT, computer science, or related fields;

• experience as a system administrator, engineer, or IT specialist is an advantage;

• knowledge of operating systems, network technologies, and basic programming principles;

• attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility;

• language: English A1–A2, Russian A1-A2;

• ability to provide effective technical support to users.
