Computer systems consultant

Position summary:

The computer systems consultant is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and providing user support. The role focuses on maintaining stable operation of computers, networks, and software. The employee analyzes issues, provides recommendations, performs diagnostics, installations, and updates, and consults staff. This position suits specialists who combine technical expertise with communication skills. The work environment is modern and well-organized, offering access to new technologies and team support. Key Responsibilities:

• provide consultation to users and the company on computer system operations;

• install, configure, and maintain software and networks;

• troubleshoot technical issues;

• develop recommendations for IT process optimization;

• prepare technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• technical education in IT or a related field;

• experience in technical support or system administration;

• knowledge of operating systems and network technologies;

• attentiveness, responsibility, analytical thinking;

• language: English A1–A2.
