Casting mold assembler (kokilnik) – foundry plant

Salary:

• 500 EUR per shift cycle (depends on performance)

• Extra pay may be provided for duties outside the primary role.

  
  

Work schedule:

• Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off (rotation schedule).

• Shift length: 12 hours.

• Week 1 (day shift): 08:00–20:00.

• Week 2 (night shift): 20:00–08:00.

• Breaks: two 30-minute breaks per shift; additional short rest breaks between casting cycles as operationally feasible.

Position Summary:

The casting mold assembler (kokilnik) prepares and maintains reusable casting molds (kokils), including their assembly, cleaning, coating, and preparation for metal pouring. Responsible for ensuring proper casting of metal products and maintaining order at the workplace.

Main duties:

• Assembling molds for metal casting

• Cleaning, painting, and applying protective coating to molds

• Removing castings from molds

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Keeping workplace clean and organized
