Assistant construction worker

Location:

• Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi region (Vochkivtsi village, Chernyava village, Solomna village).

We invite to work:

• men aged 20-40.

  
  

Salary:

• Approximately 460 EUR;

• possibility to work overtime: approximately 2 EUR per hour.

Work schedule:

• Rotation/work days per week: floating schedule;

• Shift duration: 8–10 hours.

Position summary:

The worker performs basic support operations on the construction site, ensuring smooth workflow for skilled specialists. The primary goal of this position is to assist all construction stages by supplying materials on time, preparing mixtures, and maintaining the working area in proper condition. Daily tasks are assigned by the foreman, and the workflow is organized so that each employee clearly understands their responsibilities. The job is suitable for candidates without experience, as all instructions are provided on-site and the team helps newcomers adapt quickly. The environment is structured, dynamic, and focused on teamwork and stable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• perform loading, unloading, and moving of construction materials;

• prepare and mix construction solutions according to required proportions;

• assist skilled workers in their tasks;

• collect and remove construction waste to maintain cleanliness;

• clean tools and equipment after work.
